Each order’s shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. You can review the options and final shipping cost before completing your purchase in the store. The shipping carrier varies by country.
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days to assemble, package, and ship your order. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number.

Note: Our default shippping methods for retail orders are the express line, it will ship by air firstly, when the package arrive your country, it will dispatch locally by post service. So typically you will get an tracking number couple days after we ship out your order and you can track the package via your local post service website.
We’re not able to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to change the shipping address, please cancel your order and place a new order with the new shipping address.
Cuul Vapor has a high standard of quality, and we aim to deliver products without damage. In the case of damage, please notify us by submitting a support request as soon as possible. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage.
