Shipping and Handling
There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Processing time might be longer during high volume of orders, such as holiday seasons. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to carriers for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time and not guaranteed.
Due to high volumes of packages that carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While carriers offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Return/Refund Policy
Here at Cuul Vapor, customer satisfaction is absolutely important to us. If the item you have purchased from us is defective when you receive it, you have 30 days to return it to us from the date it was shipped to you. For safety and sanitary reasons, we will not accept the return of the following items: RBA, RDA, cartomizers, atomizers, drip tips, e-liquid, disposables, and batteries. Please note that Cuul Vapor reserves the right to process refunds after 30 days of the order date. The change in carrier and the longer transit times means that some packages are taking up 30 days to be delivered.
